TERMS OF SERVICE ♡
Pricing & Payment:
» I will only be accepting payment through either PayPal, Cashapp, or Robux (Roblox).
» Payment is 100% upfront OR after approval of sketch - this is whatever you are most comfortable with.
» Any additional characters you want in the piece will be an added +75% of its original price.
» if you wish for your commission to not be posted on social media, i will request a 50%+ fee of what the original commission was priced.
» if you wish for your commission to not be watermarked, i will request a 75%+ fee of what the original commission was priced.
Refund policy:
» Absolutely no refunds available if you paid through robux because of their tax system.
» if it is that you paid before or during the sketch stage, i can only give a 50% refund.
» if it is that you paid during the line art stage, i can only give a 25% refund.
» absolutely no refunds after the piece is colored / rendered / complete.
What I Will Draw:
» Felines, feral cats, pet cats, etc.
» Mild gore
» Mecha (will have to discuss)
» Hybrids including felines (will have to discuss)
» OC's, characters
» Unrealistic or fantasy elements, accessories, unusual colors, etc.
What I Won't Draw:
» Hateful content
» Heavy gore
» NSFW
Process:
» I whip up a sketch of the piece
» Large changes are allowed at the sketch stage only - moving forward, you can only request minor changes
» Upon approval of the sketch, payment is 100% upfront (unless you already paid beforehand)
» I continue on the commission and give you updates along the way
Turnaround Time:
» Your commissions can take anywhere from 2-14 business days depending on my schedule and the complexity of the piece. I will let you know if there are any delays.
Usage Rights:
» You may not claim, trace, or heavily reference my art. Quite frankly, I don't care if you trace my art, but you may NOT post it online.
» You may not use my art for profit (NFT's, merch, etc.)
» You are allowed to print my artwork or make something of it for personal use as long as you consult with me beforehand.
» Buying commissions from me means you consent to having them posted across my social media platforms (in watermarked form).
BLACKLIST:
» My blacklist is private. If you happen to be on it and want to purchase my work in the future, I will let you know.
» Anyone who is on the blacklist are not allowed to claim, pre-claim, or bid on any adopts made by me, neither are they to purchase any commissions / adopts from me.
» If you wish to be put off the blacklist, you may contact me once. I am not obligated to respond.
